Cancellation Policy
Consultation appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 1 hour before the scheduled time at https://www.ocdstrings.com/account/sessions. You'll receive a zoom link in your email to join the session. Failure to attend cannot result in a refund.
